The Personality Inventory for DSM-5 (PID-5)

This Personality Inventory for DSM-5 (PID-5)—Adult is a 220 item self-rated personality trait assessment scale for adults age 18 and older.

The measure is completed by the individual prior to a visit with the clinician. Each item asks the individual to rate how well the item describes him or her generally. Please mark the following questions with the best of your knowledge.
