Reading Time: 3 minutes

What Is Premature Ejaculation?

An estimated 20-30% of all men who have ever  indulged in sexual intercourse have experienced premature ejaculation. The dictionary defines PE as ejaculation of semen during sexual intercourse before or immediately after penetration. Any sexual intercourse lasting less than 2 minutes can be considered premature ejaculation, but this timeline can differ in different cultures.

PE can be very distressing and  potentially lead to debilitating anxiety in regard to sexual encounters. This can lead to a potentially defeating cycle of anxiety and poor sexual performance.

Here are three steps to end premature ejaculation and improve sexual pleasure !

Sex is not always slap, bang and boom. It is sensual and one of the most rewarding things one can experience. 50% to 95% of men using these sexual techniques manage to overcome PE.

The start -stop technique by Master and Jhonson.

1- The partner stimulates the penis, till the male feels that he is just about to ejaculate. and then stop abruptly.

2- Stop the stimulation for 30-60 seconds and start again only when the male feels that he has regained control.

3- Repeat  4-5 times, “resting” when you feel that you are about to have an orgasm.

4-Ejaculate, so that you can identify the threshold.

This decreases the anxiety around sexual encounters and hand help in delaying ejaculation.

The technique involves stimulating the penis and stopping just before you feel you are about to ejaculate. Stop the stimulation for 30-60 seconds and start again once you feel that you have regained control. Repeat this process 4-5 times, stopping and “resting” every time you feel that you are about to have an orgasm. Finally, let the ejaculation occur, so that you can identify the “point of no-return”.

One should try to incorporate it smoothly into sex, be creative  and take advantage of the pauses to focus on sources of pleasure other than the penis.
