TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VIVID MIND CLINIC

Hello and greetings, thank you for choosing to talk to us. We are moving to a new platform to manage our appointments better.This gives you more control over the appointment you have booked. Please make sure read the following terms before you complete your booking.

At the clinic

COST OF CONSULTATION  The consultation fee for an in-person visit at the vivid mind clinic in Anna Nagar is Rs 1000. The payment is to be made online at the time of booking the appointment.

RESCHEDULING  You can reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment completely free of charge on one occasion. Rescheduled bookings cannot be rescheduled or canceled a second time, except in exceptional circumstances.

CANCELLATION You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment and receive a  refund of your fee.If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the deposit and will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.You will receive a full refund if the cancellation is from our end.

MISSED & FORGOTTEN APPOINTMENTS We will do our best to try to remind you of your upcoming appointment. However, It is the responsibility of the client to remember and attend appointments. Missed or forgotten appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in exceptional circumstances.

Online/Virtual Consultation

COST OF CONSULTATION The consultation fee for an online/virtual consultation with Dr Vikas Prabhav is Rs 1000. The entire fee is to be payed at the time of booking the appointment.

Please send us a message on Whatsapp or Skype as you are booking the appointment so that it will easier to connect on the day of the consultation. Try to be available online at the time of the scheduled appointment and send us a message indicating your availability. Our start time may sometimes be delayed due to a spill over from the previous session, we will however extend our consultation as well.

REFUNDS
