We’re living in uncertain times. No matter where you are in the world, it’s likely that COVID-19 has touched many aspects of your life. It’s an unprecedented time, and we have had to make rapid and drastic changes to our day-to-day lives. It is natural for use to feel stressed during this period.

Below you will find a modified version of the the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS).  It is a classic stress assessment instrument that will help us understand how different situations affect our feelings and our perceived stress.

The questions in this scale ask about your feelings and thoughts since the COVID 19 outbreak became significant to you.

In each case, you will be asked to indicate how often you felt or thought a certain way.

Although some of the questions are similar, there are differences between them and you should treat each one as a separate question. The best approach is to answer fairly quickly. It will take you approximately 2 minutes to complete the test.
