Please note - Starting November 15, 2023, we will be implementing a fee adjustment for our sessions. The session fee will be adjusted to Rs 1300 for domestic clients and Rs 1500 for international clients. We recognize that this change may be unexpected, and we are committed to working with you. COST OF CONSULTATION The consultation fee for an in-person visit at the vivid mind clinic in Anna Nagar is Rs 1000. The payment is to be made online at the time of booking the appointment.

RESCHEDULING You can reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment completely free of charge on one occasion. Rescheduled bookings cannot be rescheduled or canceled a second time, except in exceptional circumstances.

CANCELLATION You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment and receive a refund of your fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the deposit and will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances. You will receive a full refund if the cancellation is from our end.

MISSED & FORGOTTEN APPOINTMENTS We will do our best to try to remind you of your upcoming appointment. However, It is the responsibility of the client to remember and attend appointments. Missed or forgotten appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in exceptional circumstances.

COST OF CONSULTATION The consultation fee for an online/virtual consultation with Dr Vikas Prabhav is Rs 1000. The entire fee is to be payed at the time of booking the appointment.

HOW DO WE CONNECT ? At the time of booking we will dispatch a Gmeet link and a Google Calendar invitation to you.  Additionally, please send us a WhatsApp message when you book your appointment and  around 30 mins prior to your slot at +91 9840780211. While our start times may occasionally experience delays due to sessions running over, please rest assured that we will accommodate these adjustments by extending your consultation accordingly. Your punctuality and communication are greatly appreciated.
