Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, failure, tragedy, threats and stress. Being resilient ould mean that you are able to adapt and bounce back when something difficult happens .

Resilience is important as it keeps us going when we feel the whole world is crashing down. It helps develop mechanisms to protect against experiences which could be overpowering or disabling.

This is an abbreviated version of the Nicholson McBride Resilience
Questionnaire (NMRQ). Answer the following questions to the best of your ability.
